RICK PINTO BECOMES PRESIDENT OF THE WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCATES

As of January 1, 2020, Rick Pinto became the President of the Western North Carolina Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national group whose mission is to preserve the Sixth Amendment right to a jury trial, and to promote civility, professionalism, and integrity in the legal profession between trial attorneys and judges. (There are two membership levels, associate and advocate, with an associate member having at least 10 “first-chair” jury trials, and an advocate member having at least 100 “first-chair” jury trials. Rick is an advocate member.)
