KEN KYRE SPEAKS ON FAILURE TO WARN CLAIMS

Ken Kyre was a speaker at the annual NCADA Fall Seminar. His topic pertained to products liability (one of his main practice areas) and was entitled: “North Carolina Case and Statutory Law Regarding (1) Failure to Warn as a Breach of Implied Warranty of Merchantability Claim and (2) Post-Sale Continuing Duty to Warn in Products Liability Cases.” The NCADA is the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, a professional organization established in 1977 which currently has nearly 900 attorneys who devote a majority of their time representing the interests of companies and individuals in civil litigation. The NCADA is committed to enhancing the skills, effectiveness, and professionalism of civil trial lawyers, as well as anticipating and addressing issues germane to defense lawyers and the civil justice system. Ken served as President of the NCADA during 2007-2008.
