The 2020 edition of the LexisNexis published Practice Guide: North Carolina Insurance Litigation is now a New Appleman insurance book. Appleman has long been recognized as a top and well-established authority of and source for insurance law, including its multi-volume treatise, New Appleman on Insurance Law. It is a distinct honor for PCKB that Appleman has now associated itself with the LexisNexis Practice Guide that has Rick Pinto as General Editor, and Ken Kyre and Deb Bowers as Assistant Editors. PCKB attorneys wrote most of the chapters for the book.
