PCKB PARTNERS, JON WARD, CO-AUTHORS AMICUS BRIEF

PCKB partner Jon Ward recently co-authored an amicus brief for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice in the case of Copeland v. Amward Homes of N.C., Inc. that is pending before the Supreme Court of North Carolina.  This wrongful death case is focused on the potential liability of construction developers for negligence claims.  This case has drawn substantial attention for its potential implications to both tort claims and development in North Carolina.
