He has tried cases in front of juries in both state and federal court. He is also well versed in arbitration, handling commercial disputes pursuant to the American Arbitration Association rules and procedures, as well as arbitrations involving uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance coverage. Additionally, Andrew has represented clients in front of administrative courts and licensing boards.

Andrew has handled cases from pre-suit investigation, to litigation, to trial, and through the appellate courts. He has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the litigation process and the costs involved. Every client is unique, and Andrew enjoys building a partnership with each client to gain proper insight into the operation of each clients’ business, their tolerance for litigation risk, and their perception of the best available outcome. Andrew regularly helps clients assess and evaluate the benefits of filing lawsuit and going to trial, against the inherent business risks and costs of litigation.

When not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing in a local sandlot baseball league, cheering for Wake Forest University sports, and listening to bluegrass music.
