KEN KYRE OBTAINS DISMISSAL OF A FEDERAL COURT CASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO

Ken Kyre represented the City of Greensboro in a lawsuit that was pending in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. The plaintiff was a white male police officer with the Greensboro Police Department, and he sued the City when he was not promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.

The plaintiff had alleged that he developed mesothelioma as a result of being exposed to asbestos for which his attorneys contended Ken’s client was responsible, along with other companies with different products.
