PCKB partner, Deb Bowers, was a co-presenter of a seminar titled “Insurance Claims Arising From Losses Related to COVID-19” for the recent North Carolina Bar Association Insurance Law section CLE held on January 29, 2021. The seminar was part of a day long NCBA CLE event with attorney/speakers from around the state who addressed topics related to insurance in the context of the current COVID-centric climate. Deb Bowers presented the insurer side while co-presenter, Richard Worf of Robinson Bradshaw, presented the policyholder side on this timely topic.
